The Monticello-Jasper County Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to our community.  Whether you live here,  visiting, touring, shopping, working, or enjoying our recreational opportunities – we are glad you are here…!

We invite you to stop by our Visitors’ Center located at 119 West Washington Street – on the Square in Monticello, Georgia.  Browse our history displays and see our museum tributes to our most famous hometown ‘folk’ –  Country Music Award Winning Artist, Author, Actress -Trisha Yearwood; Broadway  Musical Singer, Actor –  Rob Evan; Country Music Artist – Jason Aldean; Miss Georgia USA 2014 -Tiana Griggs, and more.  We have a gift shop,  brochures and information about our community as well as brochures of things to see and do around the State of Georgia.

“All Roads Lead To Monticello” … Jasper County, located in the Piedmont Region of Georgia, offers rolling hills of beautiful farmland and areas of retail and industrial business.   We have a rural appeal and small town feel – yet we are 21st century.  The County seat, Monticello, is about 60 miles southeast of Atlanta and 35 miles north of Macon. Jasper is bordered by Newton, Morgan, Putnam, Jones, Monroe and Butts counties with four State Highways that convene onto our downtown Square.  (State Routes: Highway 11, Highway 16, Highway 212, and Highway 83).

Locating your business in the center of the state and Southeast Region is one of the best decisions you can make. Existing industries love this location and convenience to Atlanta and Augusta. About 10 miles south of I-20 (West-East through Georgia) and 20 miles East of I-75 (North-South through Georgia), Jasper County offers the perfect location for business or residence.

Mission Statement: The Chamber promotes a unified Jasper County, encouraging new business development, supporting existing businesses, and promoting tourism to ensure the long term success of the community.
